1) Acquire 99 CCT and get it into your Coughing Cat account. You can either do this on an exchange which supports Coughing Cat Tokens and transfer it, or you can deposit LTC, BTC, DOGE, etc. here on your CC account and then exchange whatever crypto you deposited for CCT.
2) Use the 99 CCT - currently priced at about $605 - to rent a GPU rig.
3) Collect roughly 23 CCT per month (~0.75 CCT/day) for the next 6.5 months. This nets you around 148 CCT total (currently worth around $904)
Keep in mind: you will have gained enough to rent a 2nd GPU rig after about 4.5 months.
